SPP-
How many Canadians have heard about SPP much less learned what it is?
Thanks to the efforts of groups such as the Council of Canadians and
the Canada Action Party there is now enough documentation for all to
see how, once again, the egalitarian leadership (Li(e)beral and
Con-servative) is selling Canada out piece by piece to the
multi-national corporate board rooms which don't recognize countries,
only trade barriers. The following link is an essential reference for
anyone who cares enought about their country and its citizens to take
the time to peruse what is there. www.IntegrateThis.ca.
Just in case you thought SPP was dead, according to government disinformation, this should help you come out of the coma.
The recently released
federal budget brought out in late february with the typical media
side-show had one item in particular that didn't get a lot of press,
that was the 29 million dollars allocated for something that doesn't
exist- The Security and Prosperity Partnership. If you needed more
proof that this is an on-going, covertly exercised deal then that
little nugget should help.

Prime Minister Harper officially endorses North American Union
www.princegeorgecitizen.com, Friday, Oct 3, 2008
Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s appearance at the New York City based
Council of Foreign Relations (CFR) on 25 September 2007, was an
official endorsement and expression of solidarity on the North American
Union agenda.
Harvard
University educated CNN Veteran anchor Lou Dobbs, has further confirmed
the official endorsement of the Stephen Harper Minority Conservative
government on North American Union, or
"New America".
Mr. Harper has been apparently directed by the principal funders of the
Conservative Party of Canada, which are ideologically linked to the
CFR, to assimilate Canada into a new "Fortress North America" which is
controlled by the U.S. political-military-industrial complex by no
later than 2010.
Building a ‘North American Community’
Indeed,
the Stephen Harper government has been reported to be in the process of
getting various Canadian government departments and agencies to
"harmonize", with U.S. governmental agencies, to expedite the
assimilation of Canada into the neo-conservative vision of a "Fortress
North America".
The
Council of Foreign Relations has indeed published a book on its North
American Union manifesto entitled "Building a North American
Community".
John Manley, former Deputy Prime Minister in the Paul Martin Liberal Government is a co-author of this book.
Yes, my fellow Canadians, that is why Stephen Harper with ONLY a
minority government, has been able to easily pursue North American
Union, with what Mr. Lou Dobbs has referred to as a cabal at the CFR.
Political
party elites including those among the Liberals and Bloc Québécois,
have apparently been all co-opted by the very wealthy Council of
Foreign Relations.
North
American Union architects have used the North American Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA) to legitimate the take over of Canada by U.S.
interests as a "logical outcome" of the terms of NAFTA.
"When
the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States met in Texas
recently they underscored the deep ties and shared principles of the
three countries.
‘Security & Prosperity’
The Council-sponsored Task Force applauds the announced "Security and
Prosperity Partnership of North America," but proposes a more ambitious
vision of a new community by 2010 and specific recommendations on how
to achieve it," states the Official Press Release for the book Building
a North American Community, which is published by the CFR.
Mr.
Harper’s speech at the CFR on 25 September 2007 affirms Mr. Harper’s
Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPPNA) commitment
to hand over Canada to full control by no later than 2010, to a
political fraternity which is associated with the current U.S. Bush
administration. Mr. Harper’s government apparently reports to the CFR.
In
effect, the Government of Canada appears to be governed not from a
sovereign Parliament in Ottawa, but run through a New York City-based
political fraternity, which seeks to replace a democratic form of
government, with the rule of society by a "Council of Wise Men".
The
architects of such a fascistic government look upon their vision of
society, to be much more "efficient" in dealing with the need to
vanquish enemies, i.e. "terrorists".
‘New World Order’
A terrorist is broadly defined by the architects of the North American
Union, as any individual or group which opposes the New World Order
agenda.
The
CFR website also openly endorses the Conservative Party of Canada under
Stephen Harper, alluding to his government having an alleged mandate to
transform Canada substantively into a U.S. colony by implementing the
recommendations of the CFR, book "Building a North American Community".
There
is therefore clearly a working association between the Harper
government and the CFR to implement and execute the NAU agenda of the
book entitled "Building a North American Community", whether Canadians
like it or not.
John
Manley, former Liberal Deputy Prime Minister of Canada, who is part of
an apparent Liberal-Conservative-Bloc parliamentary alliance on the
SPPNA, also endorses the replacement of the Canada-U.S. border, with a
new international border around Canada, the U.S., and also Mexico.
"To
make North America more competitive and secure, the three leaders
should announce a plan to establish a North American security and
economic community by 2010.
The aim of this community would be to guarantee a free, safe, just and prosperous North America.
The
boundaries of the community would be defined by a common external
tariff and an outer security perimeter, within which the movement of
people and products would be legal, orderly and secure." John Manley
stipulated on 23 March 2005, in the Wall Street Journal, in the
aftermath of his Liberal government’s support of SPPNA.
Canadians
who seek to save their country, must therefore seek to cancel NAFTA, as
the legal basis for the greed-driven and fear associated pursuit of the
destruction of Canada, under the pretext of the "War on Terrorism".
Big Business, BIG Winner at SPP Summit
Dana Gabriel Intel Strike Thursday, May 1, 2008
The besieged Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) of North America
received a renewed commitment from all three NAFTA leaders at the
recent summit in New Orleans. This is a much needed boast for the North
American Union agenda that is seen as widely unpopular. There is little
doubt that big business is a driving force behind deeper continental
integration. The latest SPP Summit reaffirmed that corporate interests
will continue to further dominate this process. The corporate agenda is
shaping policy, and as their profits increase, they gain more control
over our lives.
The SPP is
the brainchild of business and political elites who wish to advance
North American integration. In June of 2006, the North American
Competitiveness Council (NACC) was launched, and is the only formal
advisory board in the SPP. The NACC represents private corporate
interests, and through the SPP, transnational corporate rights are
being further empowered. In February of 2007, the NACC made 51
proposals to SPP negotiators. They are essentially formulating policy
and using the SPP to lay the foundation for a North American Union. The
NACC is now actively promoting energy privatization in Mexico. It is
the multinational corporations who have the most to gain from the SPP.
Bruce
Campbell, the executive director of the Canadian Centre for Policy
Alternatives, lays out just how the SPP structure operates. He said,
"Business conveys its demand, the politicians respond, consensus is
reached, and civil servants implement. This takes the privatization of
public policy-making to a new level." Stuart Trew of the Council of
Canadians said, "These corporate recommendations are going directly to
the respective bureaucracies, and they are being pushed heavily."for
more:
Recent
national polls reflect that the majority of Canadians and Americans
wish to retain their sovereignty and reject the secrecy surrounding the
SPP. I guess most people think it is a big deal when powerful and
influential corporate elites and politicians meet in private, plotting
the destruction of the country. Dismantling of the borders will allow
for the freer flow of goods and cheap labor, which will increase
corporate profits at the expense of our sovereignty and prosperity.
The big loser of the SPP summit is transparency in government and the
will of the people. The transfer of power from our elected
representatives to unelected and unaccountable bureaucrats is being
further accelerated. We must continue to resist the North American
Union and the complete corporate takeover of the continent.

___
Mr. Harper continued his assigned role as enemy number one of the
Canadian people by glad handing away more of our sovereignty and
democratic process by meeting with Bush Jr. and the Mexican president
in New Orleans to push the SPP along. Strategically the term SPP was
not used as there is enough negative PR on it so in good Orwellian
style you just use another name and deny that it was SPP.
Bush Reaffirms North American Union Agenda At Leaders' Summit
Opposition to 'Security and Prosperity Partnership' intensifies
Steve Watson: Infowars.net Wed. Apr.23, 2008
President Bush yesterday reaffirmed a commitment to progress the much
maligned Security and Prosperity Partnership agenda, amid intensified
opposition from commentators and critics concerned that the plan
constitutes an undermining of national sovereignty.
At a private
party to open the fourth North American Leaders' Summit in New Orleans,
Bush referred to recently encountered "setbacks" and told bureaucrats
and business leaders "the meeting gives three friends the chance to
come together to discuss our commitment to security and prosperity, to
reconfirm the need for the three of us to work in harmony together for
the good of our peoples. It's a chance to talk about how we can best
protect our people and extend prosperity."
Bush told
leaders from Canada and Mexico "Tomorrow, we will be meeting with the
business leaders of the North American Competitiveness Council to
listen to their specific recommendations... The United States has an
opportunity to continue the trading agenda."
The North American Competitiveness Council
(NACC) is an advisory Council Comprised of 30 senior private sector
representatives of North American corporations that were selected by
the American, Canadian and Mexican governments at the June 2006
trilateral meeting in Cancun, Mexico.
Recently uncovered documents
detailed how these corporate representatives have been urged to
"humanize" North American integration, promote NAFTA success stories to
employees and unions and evolve the harmonization agenda "without
fueling protectionism".
The documentation consists of internal memos from Canada's Foreign
Affairs and Internal Trade ministry, which were obtained by the World
Net Daily reporter Jerome Corsi under an Access to Information Act
request.
Business leaders have been beseeched by bureaucratic working groups to
launch public relations campaigns in order to counter critics of the
secretive Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP)
and to report back to senior government officials with advice on an
ongoing basis.
The memo highlighted how those advancing the North American integration
agenda are concerned about the exposure and subsequent public backlash
they have encountered recently.

First let it be said that Mr Harper is quite simply a "traitor" to the
Canadian people. He is selling the country off on the QT and we will
wake up to a very different world unless we get active.
Few people know how the US has been slowly building internment camps
through-out their country. These are to be used, should most reliable
sources be quoted, for population round-ups during Martial law; the
laws pertaining to which the current president has been rewriting.
Posse Comitatus the law that forbade the military being used in
civilian policing was scrapped by the Bush gang and now you will see
that our 'dear' government has signed an agreement to the effect that
US troops can be used on our soil for "emergencies" and vice-versa.
Wake up Canada!
Canada, U.S. agree to share troops in civil emergencies
David Pugliese, Canwest News Service
Published: Friday, February 22, 2008
Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the
militaries from either nation to send troops across each other's
borders during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper
government has kept silent on the deal.
Neither the Canadian government nor the Canadian Forces announced the new agreement, which was signed Feb. 14 in Texas.
The U.S. military's
Northern Command, however, publicized the agreement with a statement
outlining how its top officer, Gen. Gene Renuart, and Canadian Lt.-Gen.
Marc Dumais, head of Canada Command, signed the plan, which allows the
military from one nation to support the armed forces of the other
nation during a civil emergency.
The new agreement has been greeted with suspicion by the left wing in Canada and the right wing in the U.S.
The left-leaning Council of
Canadians, which is campaigning against what it calls the increasing
integration of the U.S. and Canadian militaries, is raising concerns
about the deal.
"It's kind of a trend when
it comes to issues of Canada-U.S. relations and contentious issues like
military integration. We see that this government is reluctant to
disclose information to Canadians that is readily available on American
and Mexican websites," said Stuart Trew, a researcher with the Council
of Canadians.
Trew said there is
potential for the agreement to militarize civilian responses to
emergency incidents. He noted that work is also underway for the two
nations to put in place a joint plan to protect common infrastructure
such as roadways and oil pipelines.
"Are we going to see [U.S.] troops on our soil for minor potential threats to a pipeline or a road?" he asked.
Trew also noted the U.S.
military does not allow its soldiers to operate under foreign command
so there are questions about who controls American forces if they are
requested for service in Canada. "We don't know the answers because the
government doesn't want to even announce the plan," he said.
But Canada Command
spokesman Commander David Scanlon said it will be up to civilian
authorities in both countries on whether military assistance is
requested or even used.
He said the agreement is "benign" and simply sets the stage for military-to-military co-operation if the governments approve.

Consider a continental currency, Jarislowsky says
STEVEN CHASE
Globe & Mail
Wednesday November 28, 2007
OTTAWA -- Canada should
replace its dollar with a North American currency, or peg it to the
U.S. greenback, to avoid the exchange rate shifts the loonie has
experienced, renowned money manager Stephen Jarislowsky told a
parliamentary committee yesterday.
"In a country like Canada
we cannot permit ourselves to have a dollar that goes through these
kind of gyrations," Mr. Jarislowsky told MPs on the Commons finance
committee. " I think we have to really seriously start thinking of the
model of a continental currency just like Europe."
MPs on the finance
committee are probing the consequences of the strengthened loonie -
which has risen more than 20 per cent against the U.S. greenback this
year.
Mr. Jarislowsky, a former
Canfor Corp. director, said the loonie's rise to above par with the
U.S. dollar is destroying manufacturing and could devastate the forest
sector.
"We don't have a
single mill in Canada which isn't losing cash at the current exchange
rate despite the fact we invested hundreds of millions in dollars into
new equipment when we had the money," said Mr. Jarislowsky, chairman of
Montreal investment firm Jarislowsky Fraser Ltd.
"I believe that if we stay
at the present levels the entire forest products industry practically
is going to be in liquidation-bankruptcy and there's going to be an
enormous loss of employment."
He scorned suggestions that now is a great time to invest in new equipment because the stronger loonie can buy more.
Folks, this is a done deal. It must be Christmas time, because this is window dressing. Ho, ho, ho.
Our government and the
US government are lying to us (as if this is new), and Harper's recent
suggestion that perhaps Alien's are spreading rumours of the SPP is,
like his jelly bean statement, an absolute insult to Canadians.

The Wicked Witch is Dead!???
OK you've heard that SPP is
dead. Standard ploy, just revise it and reneame it. Look for the sequel
very soon. It is possible that the next one will be for the whole
enchilada; North America and South America. After all with the EU
basically free of any democratic restraints now lets accelerate the
agend, the world, Novus Ordo Seclorum is ours. Seig Heil!
